PROBLEM BASED LEARNING
Students in this unit you will play the role of Managing Editor for Sun and Sea Magazine, a magazine devoted to cruise ship travel and vacationing. Keep the following information in mind as you work through the lesson exercises.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As Managing Editor, one of your responsibilities is to screen applicants for jobs in the Editorial Department. Your goal is to choose the best applicant for the position of Research Editor.
THE PROJECT. You have been reviewed by dozens of resumes from people applying for the Research Editor position. Since you have chooice to others within your ogranization . Then you will offer the job to the applicant
THE CHALLENGE AHEAD: You need to create a professional memo telling your managers that you have chosen the right person for the Research Editor job. Then you need to create a letter offering the job to that applicant.
